Design Single-blind randomized controlled trial. Setting Outpatient, Chonbuk National University hospital, Republic of Korea. Subjects A total of 22 participants with neck pain (Numeric Pain Rating Scale >3) and forward head posture (craniovertebral angle 0.05).
