the aim of this work is to study a new respiratory gating system in PET-CT, and to assess its impact on patient care, image quality, quantification and diagnosis.
I would start a new and with, by briefly explaining the principles of PET-CT (type of radiation, indica-tions, limits, artefacts, etc.). Then, I would define the breathing gating technique and the expected improvements. Afterwards, I would detail my experience with the application of Motion Free sys-tem during my internship on clinical cases. Then, I would take stock of the results obtained and some statistics and Eventually, a first conclusions about the efficiency of the system. |
