Résumé : |
A key element in understanding osseus etiology is the subtalar and talonavicular joint complex. Recent imaging techniques have led us to a better understanding.
Posterior tibial tendon, plantar fascia, interosseus ligament, and spring ligament complex represent the key soft tissue elements in maintaining foot architecture. The real prevalence of flatfoot deformity is unknown. A recent systematic review showed that no universally accepted criteria for diagnosing pediatric flat foot was found within the existing literature. |
