Résumé : | Metatarsus adductus is a congenital, uniplanar deformity in the transverse plane, which is defined by adduction of the metatarsals in relation to the tarsus with a neutral hindfoot.1, 2, 3 The deformity is centered at the Lisfranc joint line4 and, as such, is a solely 1-level forefoot deformity. It is differentiated from more complex congenital foot deformity with metatarsus adductus including screwfoot deformity, which is defined by additional midfoot abduction and hindfoot valgus or clubfoot with heel equinus and varus.
