Résumé : |
The goals of minimally invasive surgery are to debride degenerative tendon, stimulate healing, and, when appropriate, repair damaged tendon with minimal soft tissue trauma.
Sclerosing agents have been described to aid in the reduction of neovascularization that occurs in Achilles tendinopathy. Percutaneous longitudinal tenotomy is a minimally invasive technique that uses multiple longitudinal incisions into the Achilles tendon to promote neovascularization and healing. Endoscopy allows for the treatment of diffuse Achilles tendinopathy and concomitant paratenon involvement. Minimally invasive techniques offer a safe surgical options with earlier recovery and less pain and scarring compared with traditional open surgeries. |
