Résumé : |
Objectives: To highlight components related to running programs proposed to a patient after an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) in the last decade (2009-2019).
Design: Scoping review. Data sources: PubMed. Methods: The areas of study were selected based on a series of inclusion and exclusion criteria: Only studies dealing with adults (18 - 50 years old) who had undergone a first ACLR with or without associated meniscal lesion were included into the scoping review. Results: Based on the 63 studies selected for this review and the application of a personalized 10 items checklist (Running Program Checklist RPC), results concluded that more than 80% of running programs offered either one or two RPC items after an ACLR. Moreover, 6 or more RPC items were found in only 6,36% of cases and no evidence was found of all items being present in one scenario. In addition, only 6.36% of studies had 6 or more items and none of the studies presented all the items. Correlatively, the most frequently mentioned item was "When(2)" occurring in 96.82% of studies. The second most common item (When(3)) appeared with only 17.46% of the time. Conclusions: The "When (2)" item appeared with the highest rate because return to run (RTR) was an inclusion criterion in this review. Excluding RTR information, scant information was also shared by authors. Furthermore, additional information proposed in some studies was limited to: 12.70% for 2 RPC items, 9.51% for studies including 3 to 5 items and finally 6.36% of the articles detailed 6 items or more in their running program. |
